Storm Erik paid us a visit this weekend and our club members were out in storm playing in the wind and waves.
The south westerlies have returned like an old friend delivering epic kiting and windsurfing conditions to us last weekend at West Wittering beach. The air temp was just under 10 °C, and the sea temp 6.5 °C, and although there were gusts of up to 40 knots when suited in the right neoprene it felt very warm.
Barry and Kev were getting some rocket airs – with a jump of over 13m for Barry!
