LEARN TO KITESURF @ 2XS

Improve your kiting with a private coaching session. We cover everything from a refresher, transitions, upwind, jumping, waves and foil kiting. Choose between either a session just for you; or team up with a buddy and share the 2 hour session.

Wherever you are in your kiting journey we can help you at 2XS – we take the approach of either personal 1:1 lessons or 2:1 small group sessions – book yourself some 2 hour kiting sessions and we will then contact you to get you booked up:

Ideally you need to be available during the week as well as weekends, due to the tidal nature of West Wittering we have some weeks that are ideal for teaching and need to make the most of the flatwater lagoons that we have available for teaching.

All our Instructors are BKSA trained and will follow the British Kitesports scheme to get you up and riding to a competent level.

Our kiting works on a block booking system – you buy up to 10-hours of private tuition – then a member of the 2XS Beach Team will contact you once you place your order to provide you with available dates. Our kiting availability is kept to a small limited number of individuals so that you can get your session in and progress quickly. More spaces will open up throughout the 2025 season as and when our existing clients have reached their kitesurfing goals.

When booking Kitesurf tuition with 2XS, you will:

• be added to a small WhatsApp group that will be updated with available session as and when the forecast is suitable.
• need to be flexible, e.g. available on weekdays and weekends.

*All kitesurfing lessons are subject to correct weather and tide conditions. The lessons are taught around low tide and we do not teach in off shore winds. Our lessons will go ahead unless you hear from us that the forecast isn’t looking suitable. This is the nature of the sport and something we have no control on. If lessons are cancelled, we will rebook you in the next available slot.

If you are stuck with a particular move or skill then private kitesurfing tuition might be a good way to help you through it. You have 100% contact time as it’s just you and the instructor.  Private Kitesurfing tuition can help you learn and improve:

We can customise the course to precisely meet your individual needs. To help us plan your lesson simply select your competency level from the dropdown menu or choose the specific skillset you’d like to improve during the session.

Your instructor will use land-based simulation, on-the-water demos and one-one coaching to help you build on your current knowledge and skills in order to reach your goal.

The coaching mostly takes place on West Wittering’s superb flat-water, tidal lagoons at low tide. The wave coaching takes place in the low-mid tide

There is a warm, dry club house with hot showers, changing rooms and as much tea and coffee as you want so you can eat your lunch in comfort.

All instructors carry UHF radios, we have jet-ski rescue and there are lifeguards on West Wittering beach in the summer months.
