August this year has been pretty hot and windless. However on August 20th we were delivered some pretty welcome conditions with a strong 30+ knot SW forecast with decent waves. 2XS West Wittering was busy with kiters and windsurfers and the early doors crew had epic flat water. Levon was charging on his kite and looked like he clocked over 40 knots! Barry recorded a 13m jump on him Woo, and Crilley recorded an equally impressive 8m jump.
Lots of people came out at high tide. Here are some of the photos I managed to capture – sorry I didn’t get everyone as had to dodge the hailstorm that came in with 45 knot knot gusts. It got pretty heavy for a while and it was good to see Jas, Gabe, Sam, Hatton and the team giving it large.
