Description
Goya One 12 Carbon
The One has been a super popular board for customers who want a freestyle wave that is fast on flat water and can still ride a few waves and handle rough conditions – the One’s design influence has come down from the Thruster with an adjusted rocker line for speed. This model works so well in onshore conditions – Goya have designed a fin that sits right at the front of the powerbox to help with faster turns and control. We have demo boards available at 2XS, HQ!
The foundations for the Goya One starts with a Custom Thruster base shape, adding a Slalom Rocker and installing Bump & Jump free-riding geometry. Building on Goya’s latest progressive wave shapes, generation 12 of the One has become more agile than ever, while not compensating through reduced speed. Quite the opposite, the One is lighter and packs more fastness than ever before.
Removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability, Powerbox for lightness and strength. Essentially the best of all worlds, fusing the best traits of each of our boards into one.
Combining explosive speed, range, and ultimate comfort. Ridable with the center straps or outboard straps, as a thruster or single fin. The new volume displacement, reduced weight, increased waterflow, and new compact outline bring all the power right below the rider. Improving agility and comfort on those longer, choppy runs. Transitioning seamlessly from planing to flying over chop to jibing is second nature to the One, to you and the One.

The One 12 Carbon is the first of its kind to come without compromise on fin position and footstrap position.
In previous generations, like on any board with a Powerbox and its inherent screw hole, there was a com- promise on the fin position in relation to the foot strap position. In this traditional format, the center fin would be set too far back. For this new generation, compromise was no longer an option and Goya wanted all inserts in the exact and optimal position determined during testing. The solution was to change the design of the fin itself. Together with MFC they have succeeded in positioning the fin forward on its base. Resulting in the perfect fin position and footstrap position.

Adrian West –
Just been out for the first ride on my new One 12 105. Bought it with 17-22knts in mind.
Wind was 20-30kts onshore with typical south coast waves. Sail was a 5.0. Ezzy Taka 2023. I’m about 83kg currently.
OMG what a board. In 25knts it was 100% controllable still. So smooth through the chop. Jumps were very controllable and bottom and top turns were just amazing, allowing me to change the arch to hit different sections.
In 30knts it was the sail that was topping out, the board was still fine.
I was blown away by just how good this board is. So glad i was talked into buying this based on what my remit was. Perfectly compliments my quattro cube 87 I’d say and probably my go to board now for onshore 17-25+ knts
