Duotone D/Lab Unit 2023
Duotone have launched their second version D/LAB – ultralight, ultra stiff, big wind range, the Duotone D/LAB Unit gives you the most wind range per wing size so it handles more wind at the top end and will get you going quicker in lighter winds.
The profile is the same as the standard Unit 2023 model and the canopy is using the new low stretch reinforced fabric – it has a stiffer leading edge handle which stays more upright; the dihedral in the leading edge has been reduced which gives more glide and wing tip stability in both its vertical and horizontal position – it comes in only one colour way – white & stormy weather!
Yes, this wing is expensive but to be really frank its the most lightest and highest performance wing on the market – full of grunt!
You do notice the Duotone D/LAB Unit 2023 has plenty of pumping power to enable you to get up on the plane quickly.

With the use of Aluula in the leading edge and strut, combined with our unique MOD3 canopy, designer Ken Winner has crafted an incredibly light wing with instantaneous response. With direct power when pumping, more lift, higher jumps and quicker rotations, the Slick D/LAB excels in every metric.
The low stretch character of the higher modulus MOD3 fabric maintains the wing’s shape and profile even when riding through changing wind conditions. During gusts you’ll feel pure acceleration, allowing you to ride without needing to adjust your hands or riding position.
The durability and longevity of the MOD3 canopy are significantly improved when compared to standard ripstop fabrics, keeping the wing fresh from day one.
The deep profile and refinements to the strut and wing tips have resulted in maximum lift and provide forgiving and consistent power delivery with a remarkably stable flying behavior in different riding angles and wind strengths.
With two well-placed windows on each side of the wing, you’ll be passing and overtaking riders with good visibility and no blind spots.

Aluula frame for minimal weight and maximum performance. With about half the weight of standard dacron and about 50% higher stiffness the aluula leading edge and strut make the slick D/Lab extremely performant and about 15% lighter
