We had an incredible turnout at this year’s 2XS Demo Weekend, with over 250 participants joining us at West Wittering. It was great to see so many of you over the weekend!
Saturday blessed us with sunshine and swell, while Sunday delivered fantastic winds! From SUP and pump foiling to winging, windsurfing, and even kiting. The conditions provided the perfect opportunity to showcase and test the newest 2025/24 equipment from Duotone, Goya, KT, Quatro, Axis and Ozone.
Lots of water action, with lots of you out Sunday for a high tide wing and windsurf session. Including the likes of Timo Mullen, Andy Chambers, Jenna Gibson, and some class foiling displays for Hugo Dobrijevic. Plus a bit of kite action as the tide dropped.
We had plenty of action off the water too –with industry legends sharing valuable knowledge on how to upgrade your skills!
Nik Baker and his K66 Team introduced us to Duotone’s newest foil and windsurf equipment. Nik shared invaluable insights on how to find your perfect foil setup for the conditions you ride in, along with expert tips on windsurf wave sailing.
Andy Chambers—better known as “Bubble”—showcased the best of Francisco and Lalo Goyas windsurf sails and boards, along with KT Foiling and Quatro setups, offering his expertise in foiling and wave sailing, especially after his impressive second-place finish at the BWA Rhosneigr wave event recently!
Freddie Oldfield and Mark Shinn brought the latest from Axis and Ozone, delivering an outstanding display of SUP foiling on Saturday. Throughout the weekend, they provided insights on mastering the foil and the art of pump foiling. Ollie Sweeney and Jim Gaunt were also on the beach talking all things Ozone.
Pete Hart also delivered his masterclass on how to master the art of windsurfing on the Sunday – with valuable knowledge on flat water riding and navigating the waves.
Really appreciate all our suppliers that helped us put on our demo weekend and the guys who did all the talks. This was probably the best demo weekend we have had in a long time! Great to see so much enthusiasm for windsurfing, winging, foiling and kiting. – Simon Bassett
