SUP Tours  from 2XS West Wittering to Itchenor or Dell Quay are all about getting the tides right, windspeed and direction. Patrick, Therese, Simon, Charlie, Becky, Hal and myself scored it perfectly with glassy windless conditions, warm September weather and perfect sunshine.   It took about 1.5 hours to paddle slowly down tide with a quick stop at East Head.  Then finish at Itchenor with a great pub lunch at The Ship .
